Needle Felted Wine Bottle Topper aka Tippletopper

The Feltingfarmerlady presents a beginner needle felting workshop. Come make a festive gnome tippletopper, aka bottle topper: decorate for the holidays or give as a gift. All materials are included in this 3 hour workshop as well as the use of tools and a needle felting pad during class. Beginner means no prior felting experience needed so come on out and have fun!
