About the event
Judith will bring dozens of baskets for you to explore and will discuss the various materials and techniques used. You will then select the type basket you are most interested in making. Judith will then guide you as you complete your one-of-a-kind creations.
Judith is a retired Norfolk Public Schools educator. She is a member of the National Basketry Organization, Handweavers Guild of America, as well as local and regional guilds. She has taught at the John C Campbell Folk School, Shenandoah Creates and workshops in Va, NC and PA.
