About the event
Participants will learn how to design and execute a 2x2’ barn quilt under the leadership of artist Margie Boesch. On Thursday morning, July 16th, technique and design will be discussed and participants will then be given Friday to finalize patterns and colors on their own. Saturday morning, July 18th, will include transferring patterns to boards and painting experience so barn quilts can be finished by students at home. Add a splash of color to your landscape with this popular outdoor art statement. There is an additional $35 materials fee to be paid to the Instructor during class.
Margie Boesch lives and has her studio in the Blue Grass Valley. She has been painting barn quilts for the local farms for years.
